POLICIES & ETIQUETTE
PRETREATMENT CARE
- Drink at least 4 16oz bottles of water the day prior to treatment
- Avoid eating heavy meals 1 hour prior to treatment
- Avoid caffeine 2 hours before treatment
- Avoid any alcohol 24 hours prior to treatment
- Wear loose fitting clothing the day of your treatment
POST CARE TREATMENT
- Drink plenty of water recommended half your body weight
- Avoid eating heavy meals or fatty food for 1 hour after treatment
- Avoid caffeine for 2 hours after treatment
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours after treatment, preferably 72 hours
- Eat hydrating fruits and veggies
- Wear your waist trainer for 8 hours a day
- Work out at least 3 times per week (Cardio/Core)
LATENESS & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period, after that your appointment will be cancelled.
- Please call us if you know you are running late, so that we may help you manage the situation.
- Our cancellation policy applies to anything within 24 hours of your appointment. If appointment is not canceled within time frame, a $30 Late Cancellation/Rebooking fee will be charged to the card on file
- If you arrive late, we will try our best to accommodate you, but your appointment is tied to a time slot, and we cannot go into the next time slot.

REFUND POLICY
- NO REFUNDS
NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY
- There is a $50 no call/ no show rebooking fee. If I do not here from you and you do not communicate with me in any way, you will not be able to rebook any appointments at Sculpted Beauties by C&C and your card on file will be charged the above fee. I value every persons time, please value mine. We have our clients who would love to come to our spa to receive the Experience so please give us the courtesy of canceling your appointment ahead of time.
